Simply browse through the designs shown on the Gothic & Medieval Tiaras, Circlets & Combs, Bouquets & Posies and Jewellery pages, and follow the links to view enlarged images. If you find something you like click the ‘Buy Now‘ button located under your chosen design. You have the chance to review everything and change your mind if you like, before finalising the details at the ‘checkout‘ stage. If you can't find exactly what you're looking for, feel free to Email me with your requirements. Alternatively, print out or 'submit' the Order Form, and forward your payment by cheque.
Post & Packing
UK P&P will be automatically added at checkout based on the total value of your order:
Order Value under £44.99 P&P £2.50
Order Value from £45.00 to £89.99 P&P £3.50
Order Value from £90.00 to £134.99 P&P £4.50
Order Value £135.00 and over P&P £5.50
Purchase price is the total amount of an order placed in a single transaction, before P & P.

Payment
The primary payment method for secure credit/debit card payments and bank transfers is Paypal.
At the checkout, you are given the opportunity to create a Paypal account if you don't already have one, log in to your exsiting Paypal account, or continue and pay without opening a Paypal account.
UK residents may alternatively pay by Cheque from a UK Sterling bank account.

Paypal offer a printable receipt for your purchase following checkout. A Fantasy Tiaras invoice/receipt will be enclosed with your order.
Handling Time
When your order and cleared payment (cheques / Bank Transfers sometimes take up to 5 working days to clear) have been received, each Tiara, Circlet, Comb, Bouquet and item of Jewellery is hand-made. Expected delivery on all orders is usually within 14 days - though during our busiest periods orders may take up to 4 weeks. If you need your order in a hurry, we may be able to fast-track it! Please contact me for availability.
Please be aware that items which are specially made to your order requirements (ie. Size, Colour, Different flowers, etc) are uniquely made for you and as such are strictly non-returnable. In rare circumstances returns may be acceptable, but you must first contact me within 3 days of receipt of your order to request a returns code.
Security
Bank details and credit card information are handled entirely through the Paypal website. When you reach the Paypal encrypted 'checkout', look out for the padlock symbol on the lower bar of the web page.
Paypal also operate a buyer protection policy for Paypal account holders. Visit www.paypal.com/uk for further details.
Guarantee
All of the Tiaras, Circlets, Combs, Bouquets, Posies and items of Jewellery offered for sale on this website are hand-made, incorporating Swarovski crystals, handmade beads, Czech glass beads, semi-precious stones and natural materials from around the world which may vary, giving each piece its own individuality. Where Gold / Silver is stated, this refers to the tone of the material and not the metallic content, unless specifically stated otherwise (i.e 'Tibetan Silver'). We only ever use genuine Swarovski Austrian crystals - accept no imitations.
Fantasy Tiaras reserve the right to interchange suitable compatible materials to keep the integrity of our designs should a natural material, handmade bead or fastening/finding become unavailable, though in this unlikely event we will endeavour to contact you before making any substitutions.
Tiaras and the like are a delicate, precious & beautiful accessory which should be handled and treated with care. Your purchase should be looked after and stored appropriately. A 'care advice' note will be enclosed with your order.
Recycling Policy
Fantasy Tiaras considers itself to be an Eco friendly company and we do our utmost to use the minimum amount of non-recyclable materials and packaging in our products.
We try to source our materials locally if possible, but when this is not viable, we purchase bulk quantities from wholesalers and importers to reduce the amount of packaging and courier travelling.
We strive to re-use all packaging; for this reason your order may arrive in a recycled cardboard box, with recycled bubble packing. However, in order to maintain the pristine quality of the item(s) in your order, any tissue paper, bubble wrap or acetate storage boxes in direct contact with the item(s) purchased will be brand new. We would encourage our customers to re-use their packaging again, if possible.
Privacy
Rest assured that in accordance with the data protection act 1998, Fantasy Tiaras will NEVER share your details with third party companies. As normal with online shopping cart's, cookies are used to track the contents of the shopping cart up to checkout only. The Fantasy Tiaras online checkout process runs entirely from Paypal's secure website.
