How much does delivery to a UK address cost?
Delivery is based on the total order value, therefore if your total order is:
under £44.99 then P&P is £2.50
between £45.00 and £89.99 then P&P is £3.50
between £90.00 and £134.99 then P&P is £4.50
over £135.00 then P&P is £5.50
Postal cost depends entirely on what you'd like to order (same goes for any overseas location). The cost of posting a Tiara overseas for example, would proboably be close to the UK price charges (see Q1 above). However, If you'd like to order 3 or 4 bouquets then the price will reflect the size of the parcel. Please contact me for a postal quotation before you order.
Online security is probably the no.1 decision making aspect of shopping online. I personally take this issue very seriously, as I know my customers do aswell. For this reason, I use Paypal as the only online payment method. Paypal is a trusted, well known, respected and secure payment method. The encrypted check out process of your transaction is hosted on Paypal's secure website, you will notice the 'padlock' symbol appear at the bottom of your screen. Paypal also have a 'buyer protection policy' for added peace of mind.

Of course! You can use the order form to submit or print out your order and post it to me together with your payment. Please see the contact or Delivery and T&C's page for payee and address details for your order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are delivered within 7 days of purchase, but I would advise you to expect delivery within 14 days. During the busiest periods, delivery can take up to 4 weeks. Overseas delivery times vary, but average at around 3 to 4 weeks.

Yes you can! Click on the picture of the item you wish to have modified, and you will see enlarged photos and a brief description. The description will tell you what changes can be made to that particular item. i.e. 'Morgan' tiara is also available in silver. If the changes you require are not in the description, then please contact me with your requirements.
Yes. If possible send me a small swatch of fabric and I will be able to colour match your flowers as close as possible to your fabric. Alternatively, I would be happy to suggest possible colour combinations (complimentary, contrasting) to compliment your bridesmaids.
I no longer offer trade terms and discounts as all design prices have been reduced to their wholesale price (in some cases by more than 50% compared with prices up to June 2007). There's no minimum order quantity, and all you pay is the wholesale price, whether trade or public.
